Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel orders or subscriptions and request refunds on Darpedia. We are committed to fair and transparent practices for all our users.

1. Product Orders (Cash on Delivery)

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at hello@darpedia.com with your order ID as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return request upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 10 business days of Darpedia confirming receipt of the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including: customized or made-to-order products, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to plan features until then.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a paid billing cycle. However, if you experience a billing error or are charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a full refund if applicable.

Annual plan refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the plan has not been materially used (i.e., fewer than 5 active users or significant platform activity). After 14 days, no refund will be issued for annual plans.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@darpedia.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution of a refund or cancellation request, you may escalate the matter by emailing amer@panorama.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, in accordance with applicable Jordanian consumer protection law.
