Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, creating an account, or clicking any acceptance button or confirmation, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Users who do not agree must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. This Policy should be read alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Scope

This Policy governs cancellations, refunds, and returns in connection with: (A) subscriptions and plans purchased directly from DarPedia; (B) direct services, products, or deliverables sold or supplied directly by DarPedia to Users; and (C) User-to-User transactions conducted through the Platform marketplace.

This Policy does not govern agreements, contracts, payments, refunds, or disputes between Users (for example, between a Client and a Professional, Supplier, Contractor, or Essay Writer). Disputes and refund requests between Users are the responsibility of those Users and are governed by whatever terms they agree between themselves, supplemented by applicable law.

2. Definitions

"Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or public holiday in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. "Cancellation" means the termination of a DarPedia subscription, direct service, or User-to-User transaction before it is fully performed or before the relevant goods or services are delivered.

"Refund" means the return of a payment made by a User to DarPedia, or facilitated by DarPedia in connection with a User-to-User transaction, following a Cancellation or in accordance with applicable consumer rights. "DarPedia Direct Services" means subscriptions, premium plans, featured listings, promoted content, lead packages, verification services, advertising, and any other service or product sold directly by DarPedia to a User.

"User-to-User Transaction" means any agreement, contract, or commercial arrangement entered into between two or more Users through or as a result of the Platform, including the engagement of a Professional, Supplier, Contractor, or Essay Writer by a Client.

3. DarPedia Subscriptions and Direct Services

3.1 General — Fees for DarPedia Direct Services are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as expressly set out in this Policy or where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations — You may cancel a DarPedia subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting amer@panorama.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. DarPedia does not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of a paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.

3.3 Annual Plans — Where you purchase an annual subscription plan: (A) You may cancel and receive a full refund if you request cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of initial purchase, provided that you have not materially used the plan (including by posting projects, submitting bids, generating leads, or accessing premium features in a manner that is not merely exploratory); (B) After the fourteen (14) day period, annual plan payments are non-refundable, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current annual term; (C) DarPedia reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a plan has been "materially used" for the purposes of this clause.

3.4 Billing Errors — If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or that a billing error has occurred, you must contact DarPedia at amer@panorama.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the relevant charge. DarPedia will investigate the claim and, if a billing error is confirmed, will issue a corrective refund within ten (10) Business Days.

3.5 DarPedia-Initiated Cancellations — If DarPedia cancels or discontinues a DarPedia Direct Service that you have paid for (other than due to your breach of the Terms of Use or this Policy), DarPedia will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the paid period.

4. Consumer Rights (Defective Services)

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights that you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods or services.

If a DarPedia Direct Service is materially defective, not provided with reasonable care and skill, or materially fails to conform to any description given by DarPedia at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection law, including a re-performance of the service, a price reduction, or a full or partial refund. To assert such a right, you must contact DarPedia at amer@panorama.com within a reasonable time of becoming aware of the defect, providing details of the defect and the relevant transaction.

5. User-to-User Transactions (Products and Services)

DarPedia is not a party to User-to-User Transactions and does not act as a seller, buyer, agent, escrow holder, guarantor, insurer, or intermediary in respect of such transactions, unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by DarPedia.

Cancellation, refund, and return terms for User-to-User Transactions are solely a matter for the contracting Users to agree between themselves, and should be expressly agreed before any work commences or any payment is made. DarPedia strongly recommends that Users agree and document cancellation, payment, milestone, and refund terms in writing before entering into any transaction.

Where a dispute arises between Users in connection with a User-to-User Transaction, DarPedia may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, offer a dispute-assistance service or refer the parties to an available Platform mechanism. However, DarPedia is not obliged to intervene in, adjudicate upon, or resolve any such dispute, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Users retain all rights they may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Currency

All fees, charges, and refunds in connection with DarPedia Direct Services are denominated and processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD), unless DarPedia expressly specifies a different currency for a particular service at the time of purchase. If your payment method is in a different currency, your payment provider may apply conversion rates and fees for which DarPedia is not responsible.

7. Refund Processing and Payment

Where DarPedia determines that a refund is due under this Policy, DarPedia will process the refund within ten (10) Business Days of that determination. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, except where: (A) that payment method is no longer available; (B) applicable law requires a different method; or (C) DarPedia and the User agree in writing to an alternative arrangement (such as account credit).

DarPedia is not responsible for any delay in the appearance of a refund in your account caused by your bank, card issuer, payment processor, e-wallet provider, or other payment intermediary. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with DarPedia's handling of a cancellation or refund request, you may escalate your complaint by contacting amer@panorama.com with full details of the matter, including the relevant transaction details, the nature of your complaint, and the remedy you are seeking.

DarPedia will acknowledge your escalated complaint within three (3) Business Days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) Business Days. If DarPedia is unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer the matter to any applicable consumer dispute resolution authority or to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law provisions below.

9. Responsibility for Authorised Personnel

Any purchase, subscription, cancellation request, refund request, or other action taken by any person who has been granted access to your DarPedia account (whether as an authorised user, employee, agent, or otherwise) shall be deemed to have been taken by you and shall bind you.

You are responsible for ensuring that only authorised and trustworthy persons have access to your account and that your account credentials are kept secure. DarPedia shall not be liable for any action taken through your account by an authorised or unauthorised person as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Policy. The remainder of this Policy shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Relationship with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the DarPedia Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, unless this Policy expressly states otherwise. The Privacy Policy governs how DarPedia handles personal data collected in connection with cancellation and refund requests.

12. Amendments

DarPedia may amend this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. DarPedia may also notify Users of material amendments by email, in-platform notice, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform or any DarPedia Direct Service after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the Platform and, where applicable, cancel any active DarPedia Direct Services before the updated Policy takes effect.

13. Governing Law

This Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017 (as amended) and any regulations or guidelines issued thereunder. Subject to any mandatory applicable law, the competent courts of Amman, Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy.
