By creating an account or using Darpedia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Darpedia on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Darpedia is an interior design community platform that allows users to discover, share, and purchase interior design projects, articles, and products. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

You may not use Darpedia to distribute spam, malware, or any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful. Automated access (bots, scrapers) without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify Darpedia if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Darpedia reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users.

Content you upload to Darpedia — including projects, images, and descriptions — remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Darpedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate the platform.

Darpedia's logo, branding, and all platform-generated content are the intellectual property of Darpedia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Darpedia facilitates transactions between buyers and suppliers. Currently, all orders are fulfilled through a cash-on-delivery model. Darpedia is not responsible for the quality or delivery of goods sold by third-party suppliers.

Subscription plans purchased on Darpedia are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined separately on this platform.

Darpedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Darpedia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
